When you contact us, request a quote or engage Real Estate Media House for a project, we may collect information including your name, business name, email address, phone number, property details and information relating to your project.

Property images and project files

Clients may provide property photography, renders, videos, logos, branding, floor plans, plans, drawings and other project material for us to use in producing agreed visual marketing content.

These materials may be used to create image enhancements, lifestyle imagery, animation, motion content, Property Reels and other agreed project deliverables.

Your intellectual property

Client-supplied property photography, renders, branding, architectural material, plans, drawings and other original project content remain the intellectual property of the client or their relevant rights holder.

Providing material to Real Estate Media House does not transfer ownership of that material to us. You grant us only the limited permission required to access, process, edit and transform the supplied material for the purpose of completing the agreed project.

We do not claim ownership of your original property media, branding, architectural designs or other client-supplied intellectual property.

Confidential project material

We treat client-supplied property media and project information as confidential unless it has already been made public or you give us permission to share it.

This may include pre-launch listings, unreleased developments, architectural renders, construction plans, marketing material and other commercially sensitive project information.

AI-assisted creative services

Some of our services may use artificial intelligence and other digital creative technologies to enhance images, introduce lifestyle elements, generate motion or create visual variations.

Project files may therefore be processed using third-party creative technology providers where reasonably required to provide the requested service.

Where third-party technology is used, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit the use of client material to what is necessary to perform the agreed creative work.

How we use your information

Information you provide may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage and produce projects, communicate with you, deliver completed work and maintain appropriate business records.

Sharing information

We do not sell your personal information or client-supplied property content.

We may use third-party providers for website hosting, file storage, communication, analytics, image processing, video production and other services reasonably required to operate Real Estate Media House and complete client projects.

Portfolio, website and social media use

Client-supplied property imagery and completed project work are not automatically approved for public use by Real Estate Media House.

We will only share identifiable client work on our website, portfolio, social media accounts, advertising or other public marketing channels where the client has given us permission to do so.

Permission to display one project or asset does not give us ongoing permission to publish unrelated client material or future projects.

If permission is withdrawn for future promotional use, we will take reasonable steps to stop using the relevant material in new marketing from that point forward.

Completed creative work

The client may use final approved deliverables for the agreed property marketing purpose, subject to any licensing or usage terms agreed for the project.

Third-party assets, software, stock material, fonts, music, artificial intelligence services or other licensed elements may remain subject to their own licence terms and are not transferred as intellectual property owned by the client.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, intellectual property and project files against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure.

Project files may be retained for a reasonable period after a project is completed to support revisions, additional content requests, record keeping or future work.

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use cookies or analytics technologies to understand general website usage, maintain functionality and improve performance.

Access, correction or deletion

You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information or project files where reasonably possible and subject to any legal or business record-keeping obligations.
